With the two towers that surround it - once perhaps directly connected to the Rocca - it constitutes not only a particularly suggestive corner, but above all an aesthetic testimony of the ancient castle. According to the Reforms, two sentries guarded this gate. The gate gives access to Via degli Orti, a characteristic piece of land connected to the houses leaning against the walls.
