On Sunday 7 April at 5 p.m. at the shrine that bears his name, there will be a meeting dedicated to the Ave Maria prayer in the "libreciolecto" of Blessed Anthony, the oldest known codex of the Ave Maria.
The meeting will be opened by the greetings of Monsignor Francesco Antonio Soddu, Bishop of Terni-Narni-Amelia; Father Francesco Piloni, Provincial Minister of the Friars Minor of Umbria and Sardinia. This will be followed by the speeches of Father Pietro Messa Professor of the History of Franciscanism at the Faculty of Theology of the Pontifical Antonianum University in Rome on: "The history of the Ave Maria" and Father Miljenko Steko former Minister Provincial of the Friars Minor of Herzegovina in Medjugojre currently guardian of the convent of St. Anthony - Rome, on: "The Hail Mary. The Shrine of Blessed Anthony of Stroncone - home of the Hail Mary is one of the many spiritual experiences of the Way of the Franciscan Protomartyrs, a true and proper widespread shrine that is being increasingly enhanced also in view of the Jubilee of 2025.
